I call this one "Chill Bill". I think Bill is a bit ambivalent about this wave yet somehow still living his best ducking life. Like some people, Bill is a bit two-dimensional. He's the type of guy who would both leave his shopping cart in the middle of the grocery aisle blocking the way for others and tip generously at the drive-thru window.
